Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2025
At Duckscale, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our AI agent platform, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you use Duckscale, we collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of our AI agents.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and billing details. This information is required to provision your AI agents and process payments.
Usage Data: We log interactions with your deployed AI agents, including conversation transcripts, task completions, integration activity, and performance metrics. This data helps us improve agent accuracy and reliability.
Device & Technical Data: We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and session duration. This helps us diagnose issues and optimize performance across devices.
Integration Data: If you connect third-party services (CRM platforms, calendars, email, communication tools), we receive the data necessary to perform the tasks you instruct your agents to complete. We access only what is required for the specific integration.
Location Data: For our city-specific AI agent features, we use your stated location or IP-derived location to match you with relevant local services and optimize agent behavior for your area.
How We Use Information
Duckscale uses your data to deliver, maintain, and improve our AI agent platform.
Service Delivery: We use your account and usage data to deploy and operate your AI agents, execute instructions, and deliver task outputs. Your conversation history is used to maintain context within active agent sessions.
Personalization: Agent performance improves with usage. We use interaction history to fine-tune responses, learn your preferences, and make agents more effective over time.
Communications: We send transactional emails (deployment confirmations, billing receipts, agent status alerts) and, with your consent, product updates and feature announcements. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Security & Fraud Prevention: We analyze usage patterns to detect unauthorized access, abuse, or unusual activity on your account.
Analytics & Improvement: Aggregated, de-identified data helps us understand how agents perform across different use cases, industries, and cities, enabling us to build better products.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:
Service Providers: We work with third-party infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, payment processors, analytics tools) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
Integration Partners: When you connect your AI agents to third-party services, data necessary to fulfill your instructions is shared with those services. You control which integrations are active.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Duckscale, our users, or the public.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity. We will notify you of any such transfer.
We never share conversation transcripts or agent instructions with third parties for advertising purposes.
Data Security
We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your information.
All data transmitted between your devices and Duckscale servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. We maintain SOC 2-aligned security practices including access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews.
Agent conversation data is stored in isolated environments, with access restricted to authorized personnel who require it for support or debugging purposes. We do not use your conversation data to train models for other customers.
Despite these measures, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Duckscale account and to enable two-factor authentication where available.
Cookies
Duckscale uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve our platform.
Essential Cookies: Required for authentication, session management, and core platform functionality. These cannot be disabled without breaking the service.
Analytics Cookies: Help us understand usage patterns, page performance, and feature adoption. We use tools like Vercel Analytics and privacy-focused alternatives that do not share data with advertising networks.
Preference Cookies: Store your settings, such as dashboard layout preferences and notification configurations.
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to use the core Duckscale platform.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
